Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hireed AI ("Hireed", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of our web platform, APIs, and AI job search tools.
1. The Service
Hireed AI provides unified job discovery across 260+ public career portals, automated match scoring, AI resume tailoring, and interview preparation tools. The platform aggregates public career listings and presents them in an organized personal workspace.
2. Accounts and Authentication
You must sign in to an account to access workspace features. The application supports native email/password sign-in and configured provider sign-in paths. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
- Free Tier: Access to 179 core job boards, 3 monthly searches, and core tracking tools at $0 forever.
- Paid Tiers (Pro & Max):
- Pro: $19/month (or $15/month billed annually at $180/year) for 50 scans/month, 80+ extra boards, and 50 ATS tailorings/month.
- Max: $49/month (or $39/month billed annually at $468/year) for 500 scans/month, priority freshness, and unlimited tailoring.
- Billing Cycles & Cancellation: When online checkout is enabled, review the billing period and subscription terms presented before confirming a payment. Contact support@hireed.app for billing or cancellation questions.
- Purchasing Power Parity (PPP): We offer localized discounts for eligible regions using verified discount codes (e.g. 50% discount). Attempting to circumvent geographic pricing via fraudulent proxies may result in subscription termination.
4. Acceptable Use and Platform Integrity
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or algorithms of Hireed AI.
- Use automated scripts or scrapers to harvest data from Hireed AI or flood our endpoints with excessive requests.
- Submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content in your CV or prompts.
- Resell or redistribute job listings obtained through Hireed AI for commercial data brokerage.
5. AI Disclosures and Decision Support
Our AI career agent provides decision-support tools for informational purposes. While our match algorithms and resume parsing strive for high precision, job hiring decisions are ultimately made by third-party employers. Hireed AI does not guarantee employment or interview offers.
6. Termination and Account Erasure
You may request deletion of account-owned profile, workspace, authentication, and usage records via DELETE /api/me/erase. See the Privacy Policy for data-request details. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security or availability of our infrastructure.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Hireed AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Hireed AI be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
